Active Listening: The Quiet Superpower of High-Performing Teams

Want your team to experience more psychological safety, a stronger culture of feedback, more effective collaboration, and more resilience during challenging times? Active listening could be the key.

In this session, your team will:
– learn how to listen actively
– troubleshoot common blockers to active listening
– practice active listening in real-time
– gain actionable tools to practice active listening at work

My Background

I am a leadership coach and facilitator, which mean active listening is pretty much my full-time job. Previously, I held far-ranging roles where I've excelled specifically because of my active listening skills: For the past 8 years I founded and ran an employer branding agency, where I led business development and strategic engagements while growing our own team to ~30. Before that I worked in marketing, photography, and journalism, which all required me to ask great questions and to listen deeply. And last but not least, I'm a wife and a mother of a toddler—two roles that challenge my active listening skills daily ;)
